Questions leaders ask
Who is the villa for?
Retreat leaders and organisers who already have their group and run their own programme. You arrive with your people and the villa is yours. If you'd like to arrive a day early to set up, just ask.
What is the minimum stay?
3 nights. Prices are weekly and charged pro rata per night.
We're more than 24. Can we still come?
Get in touch at info@valdarte.com or +39 055 832 1713 · +39 347 333 9931 (mobile), or send a tailored-offer request. We can often find a way.
What do we take care of ourselves?
Your programme, your meals and keeping the shared spaces tidy between our mid-week cleans. Bring your own cook, or cater together in the professional kitchen. A car is useful for supplies.
Can you help with meals or anything else?
Yes, if you'd like. Our dinner team already knows the villa, and we work with chefs, transfer companies and local teachers. It's all optional and quoted separately: tell us in your arrival form or ask for a tailored offer.
How does payment work?
A 30% deposit confirms your booking. It is non-refundable, unless we have to cancel. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. A €1,500 damage deposit is paid on arrival (card, bank transfer or cash) and returned within 10 days of departure, less any documented damage. See the booking terms.
