Prices 2026–27
One price for the whole villa
Prices are per week for exclusive hire of the entire property. Shorter or longer stays are charged pro rata per night, with a minimum of 3 nights.
Winter
15 November – 31 March · Christmas & New Year included
Summer
1 July – 31 August
Per week, plus 10% VAT. Water, energy, heating, tourist tax, a mid-week clean with fresh linen, and use of every space and all the studio equipment are included. A 3-night winter stay is €7,071 + VAT.

From open dates to your first morning session

Choose open dates on the live calendar and see the exact price for your group.
Pay the deposit
30% secures the villa immediately. It is non-refundable. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
